BACKGROUND STORY
Turkmenistan: General Borat is selling the contents of a long forgotten Soviet weapons vault to buyers from Iran's government. Unknown to General Borat, within the vault are alien artifacts from a meteorite that crashed in 1938, its records lost in WW2. US and NATO have sent a Special Forces unit from neighboring Afghanistan to stop the sale to the Iranians. The Russians have sent an elite GRU unit to stop American's and Turkmen. An inexplicable emergency message was picked up by the NSA from Gen. Borat's garrison at the vault, "A machine from the vault is attacking us! Our weapons do not effect it. Send help!...."

A.C.T. - Airsoft Combat Training
Tier one – Saturday march 13th 2010
Ground Zero Airsoft
Register at Store morning of $20
A.C.T. is training for airsoft players, by airsoft players. We have taken hundreds of hours of training materials from both private and military sources, taking the best of real combat tactics and bending them to work within airsoft. The goal of A.C.T. is to enhance the game by enhancing the player. Tier One focuses on the player’s personal skills, giving you the tools to be the most efficient and effective player you can be. We will be teaching using both classroom time and live fire drills. Come with a full kit, primary and secondary weapons. The class will cover:
-Gear placement and functionality
-Situational awareness
-Communication
-Reloading
-Transitioning
-Shooting positions
-Shooting on the move
Registration will be at Ground Zero from 10-11, with training starting sharply at 11. We will be training from 11-3 and then skirming for the rest of the day. Cost for the day is $20, normally what you would pay for just a day of open play at GZ. This class is beneficial for any player looking to enhance their skill set, from the first time player to the experienced regular player. We invite both individuals and established teams out to take part; we promise you won’t be disappointed.

New opening of CT's first and only CQB facility
Thu Jan 28, 2010 12:44 am // 46 comments // CTCQB
ATTENTION!!
There was an issue with the fire suppression system in the building. Upon final inspection prior to opening, it was revealed that the fire suppression system did not meet current standards. At this time, we are on hold waiting for the landlord to update and replace the necessary components to meet current requirements.
We regret and inconvenience this may have caused. We do appreciate you enthusiasm and excitement and surely keep you posted on progress being made.
We are pleased to announce the opening of the first and only CQB facility in Connecticut.
The 18,000+ square foot facility includes a members lounge and pro-shop.
Large restrooms, lighting, and well built sturdy structures make up this facility.
This place is truly made by an airsofter for airsofters. Not some kids father, some backyarders, or someone just looking to make money off of our sport.
We have worked on this facility nearly three months which much sweat and time has gone into.
Much planning and thought has gone into the layout of the facility to help us bring one of the soon to be best fields in the North East.
Currently the field is divided in half with one side being approximately 9000 sq feet and the other being the same.
We will have the capability to run two separate games simultaneously.
We will be opening one side that has nearly 100 shoot rooms to begin with as we have different design ideas for the other side currently under construction.
Please visit our website for details.

Introduction to course:
Airsoft is simulated small arms combat. Recently focus has shifted from the essential art of combat and more to the simulation and weapons manipulation, familiarity and safety has diminished. This course is designed to obtain the level of skill and safety needed to operate in a highly stressful and dynamic environment of armed combat. The TAC Course will be an elevated stress level of dynamic shooting on the move and force you to make rapid target discrimination.
This course will prepare you to effectively and comfortably assess, address and engage the variety of threats you will face. This course will not play down to the lowest denominator in skill set rather force you to bring your level up in order to survive. This course will challenge you mentality and physically as well as working in close proximity to other operators.
This course will be run with the intensity and oversight of a live fire weapons course. Therefore proper weapons handling, muzzle discipline, trigger control and range obedience will be of the utmost importance. Failure to keep yourself safe or your classmates will be grounds for dismissal or completion of remaining courses of fire with a non-firing weapon.

BACKGROUND
Setting: Shintaro Island, Sea of Japan, Winter. Contested by Japan, Russia, China and both Korea's since WW2.
We return to Shintaro Island for the continuation of three-way struggle over a modern day den of pirates. One year after the events of Op: White Star II
The Wong-Kamensky Corp. is now in league with the local Smugglers because the Chinese-Russian Naval Infantry had failed to protect them last year. And their operations may now involve far more dangerous resources than gas or oil. The Smugglers have been able to upgrade their operations with the W-K Corp assets and might be smuggling something radioactive from North Korea.
A US SOF is dispatched to make sure that cargo makes it no further than Shintaro and dish out revenge for their comrades that have fallen on this island in the past two years.
A new joint Rus-Sino SOF is sent to the island as well. Operating independently to punish the W-K Corp for betraying their Nations and pacify the island.
