If you find that you quoted someone or used the BB tags to post a picture, flash or Youtube video, and it's not working, go back and edit your posts. Check right below where you type in your post and you'll see a bunch of check boxes. If Disable BBCode is in there, that's your issue. Uncheck that, preview to see that I'm right, then hit submit to fix it.
